16th Annual Firebird Auction - April 19, 2008
Decorating begins on the Tuesday prior to the auction and continues right up until the Saturday morning of the event.
I am available to help:
Many creative hands are also needed to set-up and display our Live, luxury and silent auction tables and items. We will have a meeting and mini "workshop" prior to the auction.

Sell raffle tickets to the Holy Ghost Prep community, Alumni, Alumni Parents and Friends of HGP prior to and at the Firebird Auction.
This committee is vital to the success of the auction. Be a gift gatherer and help with follow-up, solicitation and picking up gifts from the Holy Ghost Prep community and local businesses. Several meetings will take place prior to the auction.
Making telephone calls simply to remind people about attending the auction as the date draws near - this can be done from home.
Several people are needed to recruit liquor, wine, etc. for wheelbarrow from HGP community. This committee will also be responsible for selling raffle tickets for wheelbarrow prior to and at the auction.
Help with organization (Lay-out) of ads sold for catalog. Mailings will be sent out by Development Office. Making follow up calls to local businesses
Follow up calls to letters sent out by Development Office requesting Sponsorship.
Assist with mailings; distribute flyers to local parishes for publication in bulletins, post Flyers in local businesses, contact other media outlets, etc...
