Holy Ghost Prep Begins New Partnership with the Maguire Foundation

The Maguire Foundation has made a gift commitment to Holy Ghost Prep of $25,000/year for the next seven years, for a total of $400,000!  These dollars are to be used to establish the Maguire Scholarships.  The scholarships will enable us to award approximately $6,000 a year to four students each of the next four incoming classes beginning in September of 2016.
The scholarships will focus on students with significant financial need and will include a matching component from Holy Ghost.

The Maguire Foundation was established in 2002 by Jim and Fran Maguire.  In 1980, Mr. Maguire formed a holding company, which today owns several subsidiaries, including Maguire Insurance Agency, Inc., an insurance marketing company licensed in all states, Philadelphia Insurance Company, approved to write surplus lines insurance in all states, and Philadelphia Indemnity Insurance Company, its flagship company, licensed to write property and casualty insurance in all 50 states.

The Maguire Foundation is committed to improving the quality of life for people through investing in education, arts & humanities, and relief of hunger & homelessness.  Click Here to Read More.
