Dr. Raymond Glemser '79 - The Inaugural HGP Executive in Residence Speaker

Dr. Raymond Glemser ’79, founder and chief executive officer for Glemser Technologies (www.glemser.com) in Bethlehem, PA, will return to his alma mater on Friday, November 20 as Holy Ghost Prep inaugurates its Executive in Residence program.

The Executive in Residence initiative, which debuts as a pilot program this academic year, is modeled from similar experiences found on the collegiate level.  As part of the day he will spend at HGP, Dr. Glemser will be speaking to two classes and will also spend another school-day period with student leaders.

A graduate of Lehigh University, where he has often spoken extensively, Dr. Glemser specializes in the development of effective approaches for the application of software to solve complex business challenges.  He also serves the community in which he lives and works through his contributions on non-profit boards that focus on education.

A native of Warminster, PA, Dr. Glemser was active in student council and the student newspaper at Holy Ghost Prep, and also was a co-captain for the Firebird track and field team.  In collaboration with several HGP classmates, he had played a key role in the establishment of the Class of 1979 Scholarship Fund, which supports three partial scholarships during the current academic year.
