HGP Celebrates Four Retiring Faculty and Staff Members in June 2016

Greg Bliss

Greg Bliss has been a member of the HGP facilities staff for over 25 years. In his role, Greg has worked tirelessly to maintain HGP's campus for the use and enjoyment of thousands of students, faculty and alumni.  A sincerely good man, Greg's passion and hard work have been a true gift to the school.

Marge Flynn

Marge Flynn has been at Holy Ghost Prep for 23 years. During that time she has taught all levels of mathematics and has been the moderator of Community Service Corps. In that capacity Mrs. Flynn organized the annual blood drive and coordinated tutoring at several area grade schools. Mrs. Flynn's future plans include visiting her children and grandchildren who live in four different states, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Illinois and North Carolina.

Mike Meistering

After three decades of working and teaching at Holy Ghost, Mike Meistering will be retiring this spring.  Mike has been a truly multi-talented person over the years.  He has served as Athletic Director, Dean of Student Affairs, Coach, teacher and many other roles during his time at HGP.  He has always been someone whom could be entrusted with any challenging task to find a practical solution and help the school thrive.  He will be missed and we wish him the best for the future.

Dan Ryan

Dan Ryan will retire from HGP after 18 years of service as both a religion teacher and campus minister.  Throughout his time at the school, Dan has served as the moderator for the peer ministers, student government, intramural football and the senior retreats as well as serving on school leadership committees and supporting student programs.  HGP will miss Dan's energy and committment to our students and we wish him the best as he spends more time traveling and with his children and grandchildren.
