All Souls Day remembrance of Ryan Attryde '17
In celebration of El Día de los Muertos (All Souls Day), the Spanish Club has created an altar to remember Ryan Attryde. Ryan was a member of the Senior Class of 2017 who passed away last year. The building of altars in homes and churches is an ancient custom originally from Mexico to celebrate and remember the lives of family members and friends. The altar has been decorated in honor of Ryan using traditional decorations and the things he liked. There is a basket by the altar to write intentions and prayers for Ryan and his family. We invite everyone to visit the altar in remembrance and thanksgiving for his life.
Seniors William Abbamont and Ryan Deegan in front of the altar.
