- You may send a check for $80 made out to HGP (Attn: Dr. O'Connor) by April 30th
or
- you may conveniently order the book directly from our publisher –online -- as described below.

N.B. You will be charged a $3.50 processing fee to order directly from the publisher, but personalized books will only be available from the publisher.
