The forensics team won the Founders Trophy, a top five overall school in the United States award, at the NCFL National Tournament in Baltimore, MD over Memorial Day weekend.  Other top schools were: the Pineview School (FL), Montville HS (NJ), St. Thomas Aquinas HS (FL) and Sioux Fall Lincoln HS (NE).

Individual award winners were Mike Boyle in Dramatic Performance (top 48), Dennis Mshomba in Original Oratory (top 24), Robert McDonough (5th place Extemp) and Mike Dobuski and Sean Jordan (4th place Duo).

The team will travel to Indianapolis, IN on June 9 for the NFL National Tournament.
