How to Apply
Please submit the Application for Admission and $60 registration fee to Holy Ghost Prep, Attention: Admissions Office. Please be sure to indicate the date you plan to take the Entrance Exam on your application. Send this application in as soon as possible.

All other admissions materials (Essay, Evaluation & Recommendation, and Transcript) are due as soon as possible, but no later than ten days after taking the Entrance Exam.
The Entrance Exam may only be taken once as an eighth grader. We encourage eighth graders to take the November 3rd exam as the December 9th exam is offered primarily as an alternate date for students unable to attend the first test. No preference in admission is given to those taking the November test. The exams are given at 8:30 a.m. in the Holy Ghost Prep Fieldhouse.
Please forward the Evaluation & Recommendation to the appropriate 7th or 8th grade teacher, guidance counselor, or principal. This form should be completed by that individual and sent directly to Holy Ghost Prep, Attention: Admissions Office.
Please complete the Request for Transcript and submit it to your son’s present school. The school will then forward the proper records to Holy Ghost.
Please submit the Essay, no later than 10 days after taking the entrance exam.
Once all admissions materials have been received, the Entrance Exam has been taken, and the subsequent results have been returned, interviews will be scheduled for all qualified applicants by the Admissions Office.
To Register for the 7th Grade Practice Test:
Please submit the first section of the Application for Admission and $60 registration fee to Holy Ghost Prep, Attention: Admissions Office. Please be sure to indicate that you are in the 7th grade and plan to take the Practice Test on February 23, 2013. You do not need to send any of the other forms.
