2017 CRAFT SHOW - NOVEMBER 11 & 12

CRAFT SHOW HOURS:

Saturday, November 11 - 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Sunday, November 12 - 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM

HGP Mothers' Guild runs the most successful craft show in the area. Planning is well under way for the Craft Show, which is our largest fundraiser, but we do need some help from our HGP families to make it a success. Below are the links to sign up for Volunteering and Donations.

VOLUNTEERS:

We will need a lot of volunteers to help the weekend of the craft show! Please consider spending a few hours working alongside your fellow HGP moms.  Please click here to access the Volunteer Sign Up Genius and see the available time slots and committees needing help.  For a description of the committees, please click here. For more information contact Kate Braunstein at braunstein5@comcast.net

CAFE DONATIONS:

Please consider donating an item from the list below for our café.  Drink donations can be dropped off at the field house between 7:30am-5:00pm on Thursday, November 9th, or 8:00am-4:00pm on Friday, November 10th. Monetary or gift card donations can be brought to Mothers' Guild meetings or sent into school anytime - Attn: Craft Show/Cafe. Please contact Keya Watkins at (267) 228-2433 or keya231@yahoo.com with any questions.

Click here to access the Café Donation Sign Up Genius.

BASKET DONATIONS:

Each year, the Mothers' Guild puts together several large themed baskets that are raffled off, generating over $13,000.00 in funds to directly help our boys. We could use your help with donations of items for these baskets. Please click here to select an item to purchase, if you are able. Cash donations/gift cards to cover an item on our list are also appreciated. Please bring your donations to the October 2 Mothers' Guild Meeting. You may also send the item with your son to drop off at the main office (no alcohol sent in). To make alternate arrangements, please contact Becky Gabriele at (215) 499-7750 , or beckygabriele@verizon.net

CENTER STAGE DONATIONS:

Center Stage is an area where the crafters donate items they have created to be raffled during the Craft Show.  In addition to the crafters’ donations, we are seeking “big ticket” items to draw the crowds to the stage.  “Big ticket” items include, but are not limited to, tickets for sporting events or shows, cameras, weekend getaways, vacation homes and autographed memorabilia.  Cash donations are also welcome so that we can shop to buy some great items.  Please click here for more details or to donate.  Questions should be directed to Colleen Ginnetti at (215) 519-6690 or cginnetti@comcast.net

BAKE TABLE:

The Bake Table is one of the most popular areas of the HGP Craft Show, proving that baking never goes out of style! HGP moms, grandmoms, aunts, etc. have the reputation of being the best bakers in the county!  The Bake Table sells out every year.  In keeping with tradition, we kindly ask that all families donate at least 3 home baked goods for the Bake Table. Please click here for helpful hints on baking, wrapping, and dropping off your delicious treats.

VENDORS:

Our Craft show is less than 2 months away! Interested vendors who would like an opportunity to be placed on our juried waitlist may contact us at: mothersguild@holyghostprep.org
