$24,600 for 2022-2023 School Year – 1, 2, 4, or 10-payment plans (Multiple Student Discount)
$100: Senior Graduation Fee
Each year, students are given these half tuition academic scholarships. Students receiving these awards will have uniquely distinguished themselves in the classroom, on the entrance exam and as demonstrated through the entire admissions process to Holy Ghost Prep. The admissions committee will pay particular attention to:
A student's academic achievements in seventh and eighth grades
Students with entrance exam scores that rank highest among all applicants
Students that have exhibited the ideals expressed in the Holy Ghost Prep mission statement
Students who have demonstrated that Holy Ghost Prep is their first choice for high school
Each year, students are given these academic scholarships in the amount of $8,500. Students who score in the 97, 98 or 99th percentile on the entrance exam are considered for these scholarships. To distinguish the winners, the admissions committee looks at the applicant’s transcript, teacher recommendations, essay, entrance exam score and interview.
These $2,500 scholarships are awarded by the admissions committee to students who have demonstrated exceptional potential during the admissions process. These applicants will have been involved in a variety of outside school activities including groups like athletics, academic activities and clubs, forensics, Boy Scouts, community service, drama, religious ministry, tutoring, art and music. At the same time, these students will have maintained the highest standards in academics and character.
These scholarships are available to up to two students each year that are from an under-represented social group. Candidates for these scholarships will exhibit excellence in academics, exceptional potential for growth and demonstrate a spirit of service. The amount of these scholarships will be substantial and may cover up to the full cost of Holy Ghost Prep’s tuition.
Holy Ghost Prep is a part of the Maguire Independent Schools Scholars Program. Founded by Jim and Fran Maguire, the goal of the Maguire Scholars Program is to support and enrich the leaders of tomorrow by providing an opportunity for an excellent education.
One annual scholarship in the amount of $1,000 per year is given to an incoming freshman based on an audition with our Music Director and some site reading. Auditions are scheduled in March.
