Spiritan Immersions are multi-day experiences designed and led by HGP staff members for the purpose of deepening students' understanding of facets of Spiritan Charism. Some immersions expose students directly to domestic or international Spiritan ministries. Others achieve the purpose through affinity with populations served by the Seven Core Components of Spiritan educational philosophy. These experiences are required for Sophomores and Juniors due to the school’s belief that all graduates should have the opportunity for such experiential learning. Offerings vary annually, and students are directed regarding when and how to sign up.
