COVID-19 Relief Grants

Our Holy Ghost Prep mission calls us to be "open to the Spirit," to build a faith community that shapes our young men morally, intellectually, and spiritually in the Spiritan tradition. While our faculty works diligently to educate our students and build our sense of community remotely, the COVID-19 pandemic has created an immediate challenge for our families. Because of job loss, salary reduction, or major health issues caused by the coronavirus, we have established COVID-19 Relief Grants.

These grants will provide supplemental tuition relief for student families who have been negatively affected by the pandemic. They are one-time, supplemental grants to serve as a bridge for current and incoming Holy Ghost Prep families. This is possible because of the generous “Firebirds for Firebirds” gifts from our board, alumni, alumni parents, and current parents. While the funds for these grants are limited, our goal is to assist as many of our families affected by this crisis as possible.

If your family’s financial situation has been significantly impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, you are encouraged to apply for a COVID-19 Relief Grant. The deadline to apply for a grant is June 5, 2020.  The application will be reviewed by a committee and the grants will be awarded on or before July 1, 2020.
