Holy Ghost Prep Annual Fund
Doors Have Been Opened!
On behalf of all of us at HGP, we send our heartfelt thanks and appreciation to all who have donated to Holy Ghost Prep this fiscal year! Your support helped us raise over $600,000 for HGP’s 2016-17 Annual Campaign. We would also like to thank our Alumni Association Board members and our Class Agent representatives for the time and effort they have provided in helping us reach our goal of 11% alumni donor participation. We simply would not be where we are today without this commitment to Holy Ghost Prep.
As you may know, tuition covers approximately 93% of the overall cost to educate students at Holy Ghost. The Annual Fund, along with other fundraising initiatives, are essential to help make up the other 7%. Each gift has the power to impact the educational experience of all students as well as the remarkable work of our faculty, staff, and coaches.
More than 800 donors - including alumni, trustees, current parents, parents of alumni, friends, and faculty and staff - have supported Holy Ghost Prep and have helped the school enhance its offerings to students. For this, our entire community is grateful. As we prepare for the start of the 2017-18 academic year, we look forward to sharing updates, stories, and successes of Holy Ghost Prep.
Alumni sought to participate in upcoming Career Days
The Office of Development and College Guidance are seeking to enlist alumni participants for the ongoing series of Career Planning Days. Interested alumni should contact Alexis Gettings, Director of Alumni Engagement at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Welcome Incoming Freshman Moms & Guardians! Freshman Representatives Needed!
Welcome to the Holy Ghost Prep family! We know that your time spent here over the next four years will be as memorable as your son's and we invite you to join us as part of the Mothers' Guild. As a service organization of the school, we host many events to bring the school community together in One Heart and One Mind. Click here for a brochure that provides more information. Please plan to join us on Sunday, September 17 for our kickoff event, our cherished Mothers' Tea.
Each year we look to four incoming Freshman moms or guardians to join the Mothers' Guild Board as Freshman Representatives. The Freshman Representative position involves attendance at our monthly Guild and Board meetings and assistance at our events throughout the year. In addition, the Freshman Representatives plan and host the Mothers' Guild Christmas Dinner at our December meeting, with the assistance of the Vice Presidents and volunteers from the freshman class. The Representatives continue with their son's class all four years, if desired. It is a rewarding experience and one that brings with it good friends and wonderful memories.
We encourage you to consider volunteering your time. If interested in the Freshman Representative position, other volunteer positions or would like to provide your email address, please click here. We would like to fill the Freshman Representative positions by August 20, 2017. If you have any questions, please email Ellen Rusnak at email@example.com. Have a great summer!
