In addition to being ranked third among the 74 Catholic high schools in the state in Niche’s 2019 rankings, HGP was rated the 88th best Catholic high school out of the 1,155 schools profiled in the United States.

“As a school, we are thrilled to learn that we have received such a strong ranking from the Niche organization, says Holy Ghost Prep president Gregory J. Geruson ’79. “This recognition is the result of having a dedicated and talented faculty, administration and staff, and a community of students who are passionate about their education. This combination is what elevated Holy Ghost Prep to being ranked so highly, and I am extremely proud of them all.”

Niche rankings are based on a statistical analysis of dozens of public data sets. The rankings also take into account information on academics, faculty, clubs and activities, diversity, college prep and athletics, SAT and ACT test scores and Advanced Placement classes as well as reviews by parents, students and teachers.
