Craft Show Information

November 2023 Show INFO:

The Craft Show will take place on November 11th-12th, 2023

Saturday hours 9:00am - 4:00pm

Sunday hours 9:00am - 3:00pm

PARKING: please enter at the Fieldhouse parking lot and there will be volunteers directing you where to park.

HGP CRAFT SHOW:

The HGP Mothers' Guild runs one of the most successful craft shows in the area. Our event features over a hundred crafters offering an amazing variety of handcrafted items. Our cafe offers a delicious variety of food for your enjoyment while you shop. You can also stock up on homemade baked treats made with love by members of the Holy Ghost Prep community. 50/50 drawings are pulled several times a day. Our incredible premier packages raffle and center stage raffle chances are sold throughout the weekend and the lucky winners are pulled on Sunday afternoon. An ATM will be available on site for your convenience.

crafter waitlist info:

2023 Waitlist -  Thank you for your interest in our Craft Show.  The waitlist for November 2023 is full and we can no longer accept new crafters.  Please note that each year returning crafters will be offered spots at the Craft Show prior to filling vacancies from the juried waitlist.  The waitlist carries over year to year, so if you are already on the list you will be considered automatically this year and in the future when spots become available. Crafters from our waitlist will be contacted via phone or an email from an official Holy Ghost Prep address, not via social media. All paperwork and payments are returned directly to the school address.  The jury will be reviewing the waitlist and offering spots in late August for the 2023 show.

2024 Waitlist - If you are a new crafter (not currently on our waitlist) and offer a handmade item and would like to be added to the juried waitlist for the fall 2024 show, please check back in summer 2024 by sending a brief description of your craft, contact information, and a few pictures (or website link) to crafterinfo@holyghostprep.org at that time. Thank you!
