Matt joined Holy Ghost Prep in September 2016 and has over 25 years of experience working in the fundraising and development field. He has worked in various capacities throughout his career as a capital campaign consultant, Diocesan Director of Development working with parishes and schools, and Diocesan Director of Planned Giving. Matt is a graduate of the University of Scranton and St. Joe's Prep.

Gene is a 1989 graduate of Holy Ghost Prep and a member of the Athletic Hall of Fame. He is also the youngest of five brothers to attend HGP, the most from one immediate family in Holy Ghost history. Gene comes to Holy Ghost after leading his family's fruit and produce business in the Italian Market, a staple in South Philly for 105 years. He recently transitioned into the school's Development Office, bringing his passion for Holy Ghost Prep full circle - moving from one family business to another.

Michelle joined the Holy Ghost Prep Development team in February 2026, bringing with her nearly a decade of experience as the owner and operator of a portfolio of online businesses, along with more than 20 years in IT consulting and business development. She has a deep connection to the HGP community as the parent of alumni Michael '22 and Daniel '24, and as a former member of the Mothers' Guild Executive Board. Michelle is a graduate of Penn State University.

Bryan joined Holy Ghost Prep in September 2025 and brings nearly 10 years of experience working in development. He has extensive experience in strategic development operations, database management, and data analytics and reporting, leveraging these skills to enhance fundraising effectiveness and support informed decision-making. In his role, Bryan focuses on optimizing systems and processes to strengthen donor engagement and advance the mission of Holy Ghost Prep. He is a graduate of La Salle University and Archbishop Ryan, by way of Northeast Catholic High School.

Deirdre joined Holy Ghost Prep as Director of Annual Giving in 2026 and brings nearly 15 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising across the Philadelphia region and South Florida. She has worked in various capacities throughout her career, including annual giving, event management, prospect research, and internal operations. Deirdre is a graduate of St. Bonaventure University and a Bucks County native.
