Auction FAQ

How will the auction be conducted on April 4?

The auction will now be conducted exclusively online. We will not be hosting anything on campus or be in person but we will still be inviting our HGP community to bid on auction items on the BidPal platform.  Once logged in and registered, you will be able to start bidding on Saturday, March 28.


What happens if I purchased a ticket to attend?

All tickets purchased are being automatically refunded to people who have already purchased an auction ticket.  Ticket refunds began Tuesday, March 24, 2020, and should take 5-7 business days to be completed.  Thanks to those who donated back. You can still contribute to the auction by donating here.  Donating your ticket price back to Holy Ghost allows us to meet our fundraising goals and supports programming that enriches the environment of our students.  Thank you to everyone who was able to donate back their tickets.


Can I still purchase raffle tickets?

Yes!  Raffle tickets are still being sold for a chance to win free tuition at Holy Ghost for the 2020-2021 school year or to win $10,000 CASH! You can purchase your raffle tickets by clicking here.  Our raffle will need to sell a minimum of 250 tickets to host the drawing.


Should I still use the Amazon Wishlist to donate an item for the auction?

Our Amazon Wishlist is now closed.  Thank you to everyone who has generously donated.  If you have donated an item, we will use it during our silent auction.  If you have any questions or concerns about your donation, please contact Tara Carbino at


I am a senior parent and signed up to attend the auction. How will I get my senior gift?

All senior parents who signed up to attend the auction will still receive their senior gift.  We will work to have these distributed to those families as soon as school re-opens.


Are you still accepting sponsorships and donations?

Yes!  If you would like to purchase a sponsorship or make a donation, you can do so by clicking here. While we are no longer selling tickets to the event, we welcome donations and sponsorships from companies or individuals who would like to support the Holy Ghost Auction. Please know that all digital, social media, and paper promotions will remain giving our sponsors as many benefits as possible.


What if I participate in the online auction and I win something? How will I get the items I won?

All items will be available for pick-up and shipping once the campus re-opens. Shipping fees may apply on some larger items.
